A fundraising appeal has been launched in memory of Redhill soldier Ben Regan.Hundreds of pounds have been raised so far to purchase a memorial bench which will honour former Reigate College pupil and rugby player Ben, who died following a collision in Bell Street, Reigate on June 20 last year.He was 20 years old.As the first anniversary of his death approaches, the appeal to install a lasting memorial in Reigate's Priory Park has already raised £875, nearing its target of £1,500.The...
